Precision Gears are precision transmission components made from high-performance PEEK and PEEK composite materials, replacing traditional metal gears in robot reducers, joint drives and other motion systems.

- Ultra-low noise: PEEK's inherent damping reduces mesh noise far below metal gears, ideal for quiet collaborative robots.
- Lightweight: Roughly 1/6 the density of steel and about half of aluminum, cutting joint inertia and boosting dynamic response.

Manufacturing
Produced by precision injection molding or CNC machining of high-performance PEEK and fiber-reinforced PEEK composites, with tight tolerances and consistent geometry for reliable meshing.
