Equipment Overview:
The PEEK sheet, rod and tube extrusion machine is developed, designed and customized by Dalian Luyang.
It consists of an automatic online drying and feeding system, an automatic belt-driven servo traction and
damping system, an online tempering device, and an automatic slitting and cutting system. The entire
production line features a high degree of automation, with the extrusion molding process being fully
automatically closed-loop controlled. It can independently complete the continuous and complete
process from material drying, plasticizing and extrusion, cooling and molding, to slitting and cutting.
The equipment line has the characteristics of strong adaptability, good plasticizing effect, large extrusion
output, stable molding process and excellent product quality.
Application Scope:
The equipment is suitable for the continuous extrusion molding of pure PEEK, carbon fiber modified PEEK, glass fiber modified PEEK,
ceramic and other modified PEEK, as well as pure PPS and modified PPS and other thermoplastic
high-temperature engineering plastics in the form of sheets, rods and tubes. The maximum sheet width
can reach 1.2 meters, the maximum rod diameter can reach 200mm, and the maximum tube diameter
can reach 430mm.
